“Rose River Memorial” adorns a wall at Self-Help Graphics & Art in Boyle Heights. Each cloth rose represents a COVID-19 victim. The  mural on which the roses are placed is by Oaxacan artist collective Tlacolulokos. Thanks to Ted Soqui for leading the way. Thanks to Self Help Graphics.
