Rose River Memorial will be hosting an event at the University of Missouri–St. Louis on March 1, where visitors will be able to view an installation of roses and craft their own. The event is a partnership with Angela Kender and Tracy Hull, with roses made by Girl Scouts in NE Kansas and NW Missouri.
